Strawberry Vinaigrette

Blending up a homemade vinaigrette ensures you are avoiding typical ultra-refined ingredients found in store-bought products; like cane sugar, ultra refined seed oils, preservatives and thickeners. Enjoy this tasty strawberry vinaigrette dressing made with whole food and unmatchable fresh flavors!

This Strawberry Vinaigrette recipe is from Food Faith Fitness. It can be refrigerated for up to a week when stored in a airtight jar or resealable bottle.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup roughly chopped strawberries (89g)

  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp raw honey

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp lime zest (about 1 lime)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions:

  • Place all the ingredients, except the oil, in a small food processor or blender cup and process until the strawberries are totally broken down. You will need to stop and scrape the sides often.

  • Once mixed, with the food processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the dressing is mixed and thickened.

  • Enjoy!
