It isn’t just a cleanse diet. It’s a structured program that brings healthy lifestyle habits into focus. It’s designed to purify, nourish, and help you maintain a healthy body weight by eating whole foods, exercising, drinking nutritious shakes, and taking supplements made with whole food and other ingredients.

The menu includes a varied abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits for the first 10 days, with select proteins added on day 11. The supplements support the body’s ability to remove naturally occurring toxins. This promotes a state that allows for toxin release.*

How to get started:

Schedule a Purification Consult by booking through the portal for existing clients or contact us for new clients. We will begin with a phone or Video Chat) to discuss your 28 day Detox Reset Plan. This 20 min consult is $45 and includes an assessment for best fitting program and supplementation in addition to meal planning resources and discussion.
Plan on starting your purification 5-7 business days after your consultation.

What happens next:

During your consultation I will assess you, identify goals, supplemental support and provide supplement plan, sample meal plans, grocery lists and recipes to you. We will discuss how to customize the purification to best support your body and your preferences.
Your Purification will begin when you choose following the consult and commit to a Supported Purification. You will receive direct shipped supplements and shakes to optimize your detoxification support or can pick up in the office in 5-7 business days. Just the right amount of time to prepare your body and plan your meals for a safe and successful detox.
You will receive daily emails from Standard Process during your purification.
