What are the holidays without a sweet treat? Here's a client-shared simple chocolate fudge recipe that is Adrienne and team approved! Thank you Celia! It is absolutely decadent and so simple to make whether for sharing this holiday season or for a thoughtful homemade gift. It does include cane sugar, so truly a treat, not a staple food :) Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips, we recommend the Enjoy Life brand (it has only 3 ingredients!)

  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter or natural peanut butter (no added oils or sugars)

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon salt, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Line a deep pan or 10x10-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt your chocolate with nut/seed butter until combined.  Whisk in vanilla extract.

  3. Pour melted chocolate fudge mixture in the lined pan and refrigerate or freeze until firm.  Thaw slightly before cutting into 24 pieces.
