Ingredients:
1/2 avocado ripe or premade, preservative-free, guacamole
1 Slice Sprouted Ezekiel Bread defrosted and toasted
Optional Toppings:
Thinly sliced salad or cherry tomatoes
Lightly rub 1/2 of a garlic clove on your toast before adding the avocado or a sprinkle of garlic powder to the avocado mash
Everything bagel seasoning
Fresh chopped chives, basil, cilantro, dill or parsley
Pickled radish or onion
Drizzle with pesto, hot sauce or siracha
An egg - soft or hard (cooked your way), poached, fried or even scrambled
Instructions:
While your bread is toasting…
mash avocado in a bowl with a fork
sprinkle with unrefined salt of your choice
spread avocado on toast
