Enhance transitioning to colder temperatures with the addition of warm and aromatic seasonings, which provide benefits for your immune system, glucose levels, and circulation, too. Make your next tea or coffee chai! By adding these spices, you may find that you can reduce the amount of sweetener you usually add to your morning beverage, leading to even more benefits - the less sweetener, the better for your blood sugar and metabolism throughout the day.
