Black Bean and Quinoa Chili

Here's a recipe from the SP Detox Balance Program that's on the menu for this week.

I made this and found it easy, tasty and satisfying. I reduced onion, garlic, cayenne by 1/2 to please everyone's palate. Try this and enjoy. It's becoming part of our rotation of staple meals.
