This Cucumber Mint Mocktail is a refreshing, hydrating drink that comes together in minutes. Crisp cucumber and cooling mint are brightened with fresh citrus and topped with sparkling water for a light, revitalizing sip.


Mint isn’t just refreshing—it also supports digestion, helps ease bloating, and offers a naturally cooling, uplifting effect, making it the perfect addition to light, feel-good recipes and drinks. Packed with fresh flavor, this cucumber mint mocktail is the perfect feel-good beverage to pair with meals or enjoy on a warm day when you want something clean, simple, and refreshing. Ingredients

Single Serving (1 glass)

  • 4–5 slices cucumber

  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime

  • 6–8 oz sparkling or still water

  • Ice

  • Optional: ½–1 tsp honey or maple syrup, pinch of sea salt


Pitcher (Serves ~6–8)

  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 packed cup fresh mint leaves (about 1 bunch)

  • ¾–1 cup fresh lemon or lime juice (to taste)

  • 6–8 cups sparkling or still water

  • Ice

  • Optional: 1–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup, pinch of sea salt


Directions

Single Serving

  • Add cucumber and mint to a glass.

  • Lightly bruise (or gently clap) the mint leaves between your hands first to release their natural oils and aroma, then add to the glass.

  • Lightly muddle to release flavors.

  • Add citrus juice and sweetener (if using).

  • Add ice, top with water, and stir.


Pitcher

  • Add cucumber slices to a large pitcher.

  • Lightly bruise (or gently clap) the mint leaves between your hands to release their natural oils and aroma, then add to the pitcher.

  • Lightly muddle ingredients to release flavors.

  • Pour in citrus juice and sweetener (if using).

  • Stir and let sit 10–15 minutes to infuse.

  • Add ice and top with water just before serving.


Options

  • Add a splash of coconut water for electrolytes and subtle sweetness

  • Drop in fresh berries for color plus antioxidants

  • Add a tiny pinch of sea salt to enhance hydration
