Finding Relief Through EFT (Tapping)

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a powerful self-care tool that has helped millions of people ease pain, overcome trauma and release the effects of stress. By gently tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on thoughts and emotions, EFT can help restore balance to the nervous system.
I’ve personally used EFT for years and have seen many clients benefit from it as well. It has supported relief from long-standing pain, as well as balance after periods of emotional stress. It can help children and adults!
One of the resources that first opened my eyes to EFT was The Tapping Solution. The team there is offering a Pain Relief World Summit — a free 6 day online event Monday, September 22nd, - Saturday, September 27th) to support those struggling with everything from everyday headaches and tight shoulders to more complex conditions like migraines, arthritis, or Lyme disease.
